Cloud hosting is an interconnected cluster of servers which spreads the resources needed to power a website or application across more than a single server. One of the main benefits of cloud hosting is that it dramatically reduces the possibility of any downtime if a single server fails – the other servers in the cluster will pick up the slack. Cloud hosting is also extremely flexible and lets you easily add more resources, like disk space and RAM, as and when you need it.
What level of performance can I expect?
Our cloud hosting servers have been optimised for performance, so simply put our servers are rapid! We use only the best components, including 10-core CPUs, 2133MHz high-speed RAM and the latest SSD technology. It’s worth noting that even though we’ve optimised our cloud technology for performance, it’s important to choose a package with enough resources to meet your application’s demands.
How does billing work?
You can pay for your cloud hosting server monthly. We’ll charge your card every 30 days so long as there is a card available in your account. Since you’re not locked into a contract, you can also cancel at any time. Just to be clear: you’re not locked-in to a contract. Refunds are only available 30 days after your first purchase.
